As a Consultant Physiotherapist, I specialise in delivering fast and effective treatment for all types of musculoskeletal problems.

With over fifteen years of working in the sports industry, my experiences including working with athletes from various background including with Charlton FC and WBO Welterweight Boxing Champion, Michael McKinson.

From these experiences and further research, I have found that most injuries are primarily a result of poor posture and gait resulting in an imbalance of the pelvic alignment directly impacting the tension length relationship of the whole muskuloskeletal system. This is commonly seen in patients with rounded shoulder and poky chin where excessive loading of muscles across the front of the shoulder and back of the neck, which can result in experiencing pain across the upper back and neck.

My treatment recourse will focus on correcting these before addressing the symptoms or other ailments. The approach has proven effective in not only treating the injury quickly but reducing the risk of reoccurrence.
